Your first payment is charged on the day you subscribe, and future payments recur monthly from that date. Billing is not fixed to the first day of the month for every user. For example, if you subscribe on July 20, your next billing date is August 20.

No. Each monthly billing period begins on your subscription date. You are not charged for a short period that ends at the end of the calendar month.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Major credit cards supported by Stripe can be used, and the options available to you are shown on the secure payment screen. Card details are not stored on our server.

Your subscription enters a payment-pending state and paid features may be suspended. Open billing management from the dashboard to update your payment method. If the paid subscription ends because payment is not completed, the account returns to the Free plan.

AI analysis usage resets at 00:00 JST on the first day of each month, independently of your billing date. If you join or change plans mid-month, analyses already used in that calendar month count toward the new plan limit, and you can use up to the new limit immediately. Unused analyses do not roll over.

Plan changes take effect immediately. Stripe calculates any prorated difference through the next billing date and normally applies the adjustment to the next invoice.

Open the account dashboard, choose Change plan, then select Change to Free on the next renewal date. Paid access continues until the current billing period ends, and no further renewal payment is charged.

Your account remains available on the Free plan. Paid-only features and the higher AI analysis limit end when the current billing period finishes. Recent settings and results stored in Chrome may remain until you clear the extension data or uninstall it.

Yes. Notifications are sent to the Google account email address used for registration when your account is created, a paid plan starts or changes, a change to Free is scheduled, canceled, or completed, a payment fails or recovers, and your account is deleted. If a message is missing, check your spam folder and contact support.

Yes. Sign in with the same Google account on each computer. Your plan and monthly AI analysis usage are shared by account.

SEO Quality Checker uses Google sign-in and does not issue a separate password. Use Google Account Recovery if you cannot sign in to your Google account.

Yes. Open Account settings in the dashboard and choose Delete account. This permanently deletes your SEO Quality Checker account and cannot be undone. If you delete a paid account immediately, its paid subscription ends immediately. This does not delete your Google account. Billing records that must be retained for legal and accounting purposes are kept separately without the deleted account profile.

You can analyze ordinary web pages that are open in Chrome, including pre-release pages opened with Basic authentication. Some browser-internal pages, extension-store pages, login-protected pages that are not open in the current tab, and heavily dynamic pages may not be analyzed completely. Competitor analysis cannot access a page protected by Basic authentication.

Google Chrome is the officially supported browser. Other Chromium-based browsers may run the extension, but they are not currently included in official support or release testing.

AI analysis inputs and generated results are not used to train our own AI models. The service uses Google Gemini API.

AI analysis organizes improvement ideas using the page inspection results and Google Gemini. It is decision-support information and does not guarantee search ranking improvements. Review the proposal against the page purpose and your business requirements before implementation.

The Google account email address is used to identify your account and manage plans, subscriptions, and AI analysis usage. Card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored on our server. See the Privacy Policy for details.
