Information we process
We process the Google account email address used for sign-in, plan and subscription status, monthly AI audit counts, and data needed for a user-initiated page analysis such as the target URL, keyword, comparison URL, and analysis result. When you use the support form, we process your reply-to email, message, and optional page URL, extension version, and diagnostic JSON. We also process a user-agent value and a one-way hashed request fingerprint for abuse prevention.
How we use information
Information is used to provide the service, manage plans and billing, prevent abuse, generate user-requested AI audit results, respond to support requests, and investigate reported issues.
Third-party services
Google provides account authentication, Gemini processing for user-requested AI audits, and Gmail delivery for service and support notices. Stripe processes subscriptions and payments. We do not store credit card information.
Storage and retention
Account, plan, subscription, and AI audit count data may be stored in the service database. The service is not designed to retain analyzed page body text or images long term. Recent settings and results may remain locally in Chrome. Support-form content is retained for up to 180 days. Short-lived abuse-prevention attempt records are deleted after 2 days, and personally identifying support-email delivery content is scrubbed after 30 days.
Account deletion
You can permanently delete your SEO Quality Checker account from Account settings. This does not delete your Google account. Account and usage records linked to you are deleted or anonymized. Billing records that must be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and accounting purposes are kept separately without the deleted account profile. Recent settings and results stored locally in Chrome must be removed by uninstalling the extension or clearing its local data.
Google API Limited Use
Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
