Scope

These terms apply to the Chrome extension and related web services provided as SEO Quality Checker by Universal Marketing Inc.

Account registration

Google account sign-in is used for account identification, plan management, and billing access.

Plans and payment

Plus, Pro, and Ultra are billed monthly through Stripe. All paid plans include the same features and differ only by monthly AI audit limits.

Changing to Free

You may schedule a change to the Free plan from billing management. Paid access remains available until the end of the current billing period, and no further renewal payment is charged.

Account deletion

You may permanently delete your SEO Quality Checker account from Account settings. Deletion cannot be undone and does not delete your Google account. Deleting a paid account immediately ends its paid subscription. Billing records that must be retained by law or for accounting are kept separately without the deleted account profile.

Service data

The service processes account, plan, subscription, and AI audit usage data to provide the product. AI audit requests process the URL, target keyword, and analysis data needed for the requested result.
