SEO Quality Checker

Turning “Let me take a quick look” into 20 years of SEO review experience

SEO Quality Checker began with a practical need: review the page already on screen, share the issues during a client conversation, and move from diagnosis to action in about 30 seconds.

A client conversation can suddenly turn to SEO. Opening another tool, finding a prompt, copying page information, waiting for an answer, and translating it into advice breaks the flow of the meeting.

We wanted a specialist tool that stays on the page being discussed. The goal was to say “Let me take a quick look,” share the same screen, and identify both the issue and the next action while the conversation is still happening.

  • About 20 yearsPractical SEO experience
  • About 30 secondsFrom page review to recommendations
  • About 1 weekTo the first working prototype
  • About 3 monthsOf field refinement
  • About 900 pagesReviewed across about 30 industries

A recommendation can be correct in isolation and still be wrong for the page as a whole.

We needed a specialist tool that never leaves the page

ChatGPT and Gemini are powerful for SEO analysis. During a live meeting, however, they still require a prompt, page context, waiting time, and interpretation before the answer can be explained to a client.

That is why SEO Quality Checker analyzes the page currently open in Chrome. It supports the moment when a consultant, web producer, or salesperson needs a detailed answer before the conversation moves on.

In SEO, a locally correct answer can create a globally wrong page

A target keyword in the title is not enough. The title must match the page purpose, divide information appropriately with the meta description, align with the H1 and lower headings, and remain consistent with structured data and visible breadcrumbs.

The checker treats titles, descriptions, headings, canonical URLs, keyword placement, structured data, and visible content as connected parts of one page. This relationship-focused review reflects about 20 years of practical SEO work.

The goal was not to beat general AI, but to reproduce an expert review process

A general AI can answer flexible questions, but it may not inspect a perspective that was never included in the prompt. Rewriting every inspection rule into every request is not realistic.

The extension combines deterministic checks with AI analysis. Rules handle facts that can be measured consistently, while AI organizes relationships, priorities, and implementation-ready recommendations.

The prototype took one week. Trustworthy results took another three months

The first prototype worked after about one week. But a working interface was not enough to use it confidently in front of a client. Improving one area often revealed a new weakness elsewhere.

While continuing SEO and CRO client work, we compared the checker with expert reviews across about 30 industries and roughly 30 pages per industry, about 900 pages in total. We kept revising the logic until it matched the judgment we would make in practice.

The interface language and the page language must remain separate

A Japanese SEO specialist may review an English page, while an English-interface user may inspect Japanese content. Translating the page itself would make the proposed implementation unreliable.

The tool explains findings in the selected interface language while keeping implementation copy, such as suggested titles and meta descriptions, in the language of the analyzed page.

A diagnosis should lead directly to improvement

A list of warnings does not improve a website. The extension provides concrete proposals for titles, meta descriptions, H1-H4 heading structures, and JSON-LD so users can understand what to change and move into implementation.

The aim is to help practitioners answer an unexpected SEO question with evidence, and to help web producers add SEO value without first memorizing every specialist term.

Built to keep improving in real work

What we wanted to shorten was not only analysis time. We also wanted to reduce the hesitation that appears when someone asks for an SEO opinion and the anxiety that something important may have been missed. SEO Quality Checker will continue to be refined in real working situations.
